Driving success through onboarding.
Growth is about more than just numbers on a map; it's about the people using our tools every day. Our Customer Experience team has been firing on all cylinders this quarter, successfully onboarding 230+ new technicians and 170+ office administrators.
Whether in the shop or at the desk, we are committed to ensuring every new user has the support they need to hit the ground running. Welcome to the team!
Spotlight: AED Summit 2026 in Dallas.
Team Tinnacity took over Dallas this January for the 2026 AED Summit, and the energy was electric! As a Premium Partner, we spent three days at the Hilton Anatole connecting with the industry's top distributors and manufacturers.
The highlight of the week was demonstrating how Tinnacity is closing the gap between the field and the office. We had the opportunity to showcase our latest innovations designed specifically to empower technicians, giving them the digital tools they need to eliminate paperwork and focus on what they do best: keeping equipment running.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our suite and the CONDEX floor to say hello. We left Dallas more inspired than ever to keep pushing the boundaries of what field service software can do!
- The power of partnership — engaging with fellow industry leaders to discuss the future of equipment distribution.
- Boots on the ground insights — receiving direct feedback from dealers on how our “Tech for Technicians” approach is solving real-world service hurdles.
- Strategic growth — aligning with AED's vision for a more tech-forward, efficient industry in 2026 and beyond.

On the road: MHEDA South West Regional Summit.
Team Tinnacity is always on the move! This quarter, Dave and Brady headed to Dallas, TX, for the MHEDA SW Regional Summit hosted at the CLARK Material Handling Company facility. These regional stops are our favorite way to stay “synced” with the industry.
Missed us in Texas? Keep an eye on our socials, we might be in your neck of the woods next!
- The venue — a huge thank you to the team at CLARK for being such incredible hosts in Dallas.
- The conversations — we spent the day with dealer principals and service leaders discussing the real-world hurdles facing the material handling world today.
- The goal — ensuring Tinnacity continues to build the tools that solve your specific workflow challenges.

Whether you're looking for inspiration or a practical “how-to,” these curated clips have you covered.
The growth engine: real-world wins. See how our top-tier clients are leveraging the portal to scale their operations. This 60-second highlight features real-world success stories, including how one dealer landed 7 new service accounts and a major truck deal in just six months.
The 3 big wins: speed up your workflow. Curious about what your customers actually see? Take a 1-minute tour of the Tinnacity Customer Portal to see the “Big Three” features driving dealership efficiency. From streamlined communication to instant quote approvals, this video shows exactly how to move your work orders from “Pending” to “Paid” faster than ever.
New feature: Dispatch Resource Planning.
We heard you, and we've delivered! One of our most-requested updates is officially live: the all-new Dispatch Resource Planning view. This UI overhaul was designed to give dispatchers a “command center” perspective on their team's workload. Instead of digging through menus, you can now manage your entire service force at a glance.
This isn't just a new look; it's about managing your workload with more precision and less stress.
- Real-time visibility — instantly see who's dispatched, who's on a break, and who's on vacation.
- Workload management — monitor technician totals for Maintenance, Unscheduled, and Overdue jobs in one clean sidebar.
- Smarter scheduling — integrated schedule notes (like “Cannot work on Saturdays”) ensure you're sending the right tech to the right job every time.
New feature: AI Rewrite for “Work Performed”.
We know that the best technicians are often better with a wrench than a keyboard. To help bridge the gap between “rough notes” taken on a noisy job site and the professional reports your customers see, we are excited to introduce AI Rewrite. Available now in both the Service App and HQ, this feature acts as an automated quality-control layer for your documentation.
How it works: with a single click of the AI Rewrite button, Tinnacity's internal intelligence polishes “Work Performed” comments, instantly correcting grammar, improving flow, and ensuring every service report reflects the high quality of your team's hard work.
Save the date: TUG 2026.
