Dr. Nate Craig is an Associate Professor of Operations and Business Analytics at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. His research explores the practical application of artificial intelligence and data science to managerial decision-making, with a primary focus on the retail and financial services industries. Dr. Craig serves as the Academic Director of Fisher’s Executive MBA program and holds a doctorate in Technology and Operations Management from Harvard Business School. His research has been widely featured in leading publications, including the Harvard Business Review.
